Teylored is a slow wellness journey that begins in the mind.

It was created from a lived experience, one of navigating motherhood, responsibility, and the mental weight of holding multiple roles simultaneously. Rather than offering more advice or self-improvement, Teylored offers orientation: a way to relate to life with awareness and care.

By focusing on the mind, the other areas of life begin to soften and rebalance naturally.

Teylored is not about doing more; it’s about meeting yourself where you are.

About the Guide

I’m a mother and a reflective guide.

Teylored grew out of my own need to care for my mind while navigating the demands of motherhood. I am learning how time is no longer just mine and how holding emotional weight and staying connected to myself without pressure is a necessity

I don’t teach answers or systems.
I guide through awareness.

My work invites mothers to pause, orient, and begin again gently, using reflection as a way to return to clarity, care, and self-trust.
